Villa Amare is a large, modern villa with tasteful interiors, built on a curve to take full advantage of its panoramic and uninterrupted sea and mountain views.

All five bedrooms (three doubles with king size beds and two twins with single beds) have sea views and en-suite bathrooms. All bedrooms except for one twin have large balconies and the penthouse has its own roof terrace with views right across to Kalkan. This top floor penthouse bedroom has an en-suite shower room and its roof terrace has two sun beds. We have a Mothercare travel cot for infants.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with an electric fan oven and gas hob. You have a very large fridge freezer, perfect for large parties, and a microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

There is a TV but just to stream your own content, using our wi-fi. We are not connected to satellite TV.  Who wants that on holiday?   The DVD player is there mostly for the benefit of your children!   We are pleased to offer free Wi-fi for our guests. Villa Amare has a large collection of books and CDs for guests use. There is an information file. The entire villa is beautifully tiled in soft local travertine stone for a tasteful and restful interior.

We supply a welcome pack of tea, coffee, bread, water, jam, butter, eggs and cheese, enough to tide you over until you pop up the hill to Bob's shop!

"Beautiful villa in Kalkan with stunning views over the bay. The villa comfortably slept 10 people, was well equipped, clean and well maintained. Customer service with the owners was excellent. Our children loved the pool,although there is no shallow end, however it did mean that the youngest child learned how to swim and by the end of the holiday had no fear of the water and was swimming like a fish! We all enjoyed the beach club at the bottom of the hill and had a lovely day at sea on the Neptune arranged down on the harbour in Kalkan. Most of the restaurants in Kalkan are good, and reasonably priced for families. Overall would definately recommend the villa to a friend and we would definately go back to Kalkan."

"We have had a superb week at Villa Amare in the loveliest part if Kalkan . The villa is wonderful . Very spacious with everything one needs for a relaxing family hols . The various outside areas work very well with a large group . It is located 5 mins walk from kalkan beach club and the mahal beach club which are both ideal for water sports , swimming etc . Tamar manages the villa an could not have been more helpful arranging anything we needed . A great bonus . Fresh bread delivered each morning . We would not hesitate in recommending this villa in a lovely part of kalkan ."
